The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pesso shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Larsson pinned against the cage. Larsson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Pesso throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Pesso fails to land the takedown.

Larsson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Larsson wants to pass the guard but Pesso is defending well.
Larsson drops an elbow to the side of Pesso's head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Larsson scores with a big shot! Pesso's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Pesso! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
