Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Decker Dogwood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lowkie Erwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Erwin has chosen Welcome To The Jungle as his entrance music. Decker Dogwood has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lowkie Erwin!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Ackerman and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Erwin walks into a left hand.
Dogwood has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Decker Dogwood has been cut.

Dogwood closes the distance and pushes Erwin back into the cage.
Dogwood keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Erwin's efforts to push away.
Erwin misses with some punches.
Erwin lands a left hand that snaps the head of Dogwood backwards.
Erwin avoiding damage.
Erwin told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
Erwin is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Dogwood goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Erwin manages to break the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dogwood displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Erwin throws out the jab.
Erwin looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Dogwood takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Erwin looks to throw the jab but Dogwood is out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dogwood pushes Erwin up against the cage in a clinch.

Dogwood misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Erwin.
Dogwood blocking some punches.

Dogwood pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A swing and a miss from Erwin.
Erwin slips a straight right by Dogwood.
Erwin throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Dogwood throws a lazy uppercut
and Erwin counters with a left and a right that stings Dogwood.
Erwin has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dogwood finds it's way round the side to connect with Erwin's head.
Dogwood jabs Erwin to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Dogwood lands a nice looking body shot.
Erwin keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Dogwood.
A looping hook to the body misses from Dogwood. Erwin does a little dance to reset his feet.
Erwin pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A head kick from Erwin lands but Dogwood takes it in his stride.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dogwood lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Erwin circles away quickly and effectively.
Erwin missing with a left hand there. Dogwood was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Erwin scores with a jab to the head.
Erwin needs to keep his hands up - Dogwood had a free shot at his head there.

It looks like Lowkie Erwin has been cut.
Erwin lands a jab.
Erwin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dogwood was well out of range. Poor timing from Erwin.
Dogwood connects with a body shot that sends Erwin's belly button to the back.
Dogwood throws an overhand right that lands on Erwin's shoulder, as Erwin tries to avoid the shot.
Erwin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dogwood.
Dogwood throws a hook but Erwin blocks it.
Erwin misses with a straight left.
It looked like Dogwood wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Dogwood works the jab nicely.
Dogwood misses with a left hand
and Erwin connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Erwin moves out of range as Dogwood strikes.
Erwin feints a jab promting Dogwood to slip. Erwin then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Dogwood slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Dogwood throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A big right from Dogwood misses.
Erwin might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Dogwood is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Erwin.

Erwin avoids the body shot from Dogwood.
Dogwood misses with a straight right.
Erwin is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Dogwood with a body shot.
Erwin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dogwood was well out of range. Poor timing from Erwin.
Dogwood throws a monster overhand right that drops Erwin! Dogwood follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!

Decker Dogwood gave a mention to Conviction in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
