Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Percy Nolan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hector Rodriguez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Rodriguez's choice of entrance music: Rage Against The Machine - Bulls On Parade. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nolan throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Rodriguez throws a fast counter high kick but Nolan manages to duck under it in time.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Nolan has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Rodriguez regains guard immediately.

Nolan avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Rodriguez looking to hit a scissor sweep but Nolan is one step ahead there.

Rodriguez is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Nolan is aware though and is defending well.
Nolan throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Nolan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rodriguez on the ground.

Rodriguez has his foot on Nolan's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Nolan works his way back into a safe position though.
Rodriguez is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Rodriguez drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rodriguez jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Rodriguez is in close to Nolan's body, working some short punches and elbows.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Rodriguez arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Nolan's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
