Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vern Marquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Caleb Ben Joshua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ben Joshua has chosen Time of dying- Three Days Grace as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Caleb Ben Joshua has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ben Joshua throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Marquez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ben Joshua's waist but Ben Joshua gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Marquez off to one side.
Despite the aggression on Ben Joshua's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

Marquez clinches up with Ben Joshua and pushes him back against the cage.

Ben Joshua throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Marquez stumbling backwards into the cage! Marquez bounces back off the cage towards Ben Joshua, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Ben Joshua lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Ben Joshua celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
