Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shannon Chille (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rupert Pink (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chille comes to the cage accompanied by Ms. Fortune. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pink misses with a straight left.
Chille bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Pink ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Chille moves away.
Pink throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Chille.
Chille digs a good hook to Pink's body.
Chille takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Pink digs a good body shot into Chille's ribs.
Chille moves into the clinch successfully.
Chille using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Pink has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

I was talking to Chille's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Pink pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Shannon Chille will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Rupert Pink seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Chille tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Pink manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Chille lands with a nice body punch.
Pink scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Chille walks straight into a right hand from Pink - that's dropped him! Pink jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Chille from any more punishment! Chille complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Rupert Pink!
