With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Murdock!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murdock misses the shot to the body.
Boson scores with a nice head shot.
The crowd cheers as Murdock lands an impressive looking overhand right. Boson doesn't seem phased though.

It looks like Higgs Boson has been cut.
Boson tries to land a front kick but Murdock steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Murdock lands a nice shot to the body.
Murdock throws a jab but it's blocked by Boson.
Murdock looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Boson avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Murdock is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Boson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Murdock.
Boson throws a sloppy head kick and Murdock moves out of range easily.
Murdock throws out a counter right but Boson avoids it with no problem.
Murdock has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
A combination from Murdock does no damage.
Murdock misses with a straight left.
Boson looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Murdock now looks to counter with a shot at the body.

Boson throws a leg kick that misses.
Boson has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Murdock misses with a shot to the body
and Boson counters with a big head kick but Murdock shrugs it off.
Boson is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Murdock.

Murdock cracks Boson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Murdock has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Boson to stand back up!

Boson is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boson loses concentration momentarily and Murdock pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Boson crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Murdock finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
