The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Jorge Garcia and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasily rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Summers moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Summers throws a counter high kick but Vasily was just alert enough to avoid it.
Vasily lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Summers at a distance.
Vasily connects with a good right hand that stumbles Summers. Summers circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Summers slips a jab and a cross from Vasily.
Vasily misses with a straight right.
Vasily throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
An attempted straight right counter from Summers misses the target.
Vasily looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Vasily tries to bum rush Summers with a series of wild strikes but Summers uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Summers creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Summers decides to stand back up. Summers steps back and let's Vasily get back to his feet.

Fedor Vasily seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Summers manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Vasily on his heels. He'll look to pass Vasily's guard now, I'm sure.

Summers really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
