The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Guzman does it's job there.
A shot to the liver by Guzman. Beautiful body shot.
Cell shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Guzman throws the left hand but Cell avoids the punch easily.
No joy there for Cell, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Cell's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Guzman connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Cell scrambles back to his feet.
Cell walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Guzman checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Guzman throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
It looked like Cell wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Guzman thows a left - swing and a miss!
A little feinted left hand from Cell on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Guzman throws a leg kick but Cell sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Cell appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.

Guzman throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Guzman feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Cell's calf.
Cell connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Guzman swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Cell.

Guzman looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Cell was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Cell on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

and Cell counters with a left to the body.
Cell fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Guzman, pushing him back against the cage.
Cell struggles to land a body shot inside as Guzman controls his hands.

Guzman throws a half hearted mid kick.
Guzman fails to land with a series of punches.
Cell blocks a jab.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Guzman fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Cell on the side of the head.

and Cell counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dzuzaska Guzman dominated that round.
That's time! Cell's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Guzman bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Cell cracks Guzman with a right hand to the side of the head.

It looked like Cell was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Guzman.
The crowd cheers as Guzman lands an impressive looking overhand right. Cell doesn't seem phased though.

and Guzman counters with a body kick that stops Cell in his tracks momentarily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Guzman lands a big head kick that sends Cell tumbling to the mat! Guzman takes a step backwards and waves Cell back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Cell closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Guzman to the mat! Guzman manages to get full guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cell accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Guzman is pulling down on Cell's head. It's preventing any offense from Cell, at least for the moment.

Dzuzaska Guzman seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
The defeated Stem Cell had this to say: 'Looks like its time for apoptosis.'.
