Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Denis Carpenter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hazrullah Semsi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Hazrullah Semsi was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Andrew Berry and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carpenter throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Semsi's waist but Semsi gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Carpenter off to one side.
Hazrullah Semsi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Carpenter counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Semsi's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Carpenter is holding on here and Semsi must be using up a lot of energy. Carpenter has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Semsi gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
