The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bones paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Bones scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

It looks like Bryan Norwalk has been cut.
Norwalk tries for a takedown but Bones sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Norwalk dives in and grabs Bones's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bones pushes down on Norwalk's head and hops out.
Norwalk fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Norwalk throws a body punch but Bones moves out of range.
Bones lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Norwalk moves in looking to clinch but Bones pushes him off.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Bones! But no joy.
Sloppy strikes from Norwalk. Those never looked like landing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Bones counters with a nice right hand that sends Norwalk toppling to the canvas! Norwalk scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Bones finish him?!
Norwalk is breathing heavily.

Norwalk leaves his chin hanging out and Bones seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Norwalk crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
