Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Everett Hogdens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hans Oleau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hogdens tries to keep at a distance but Oleau has taken the fight into the clinch.
Hogdens could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Oleau throws out a loose jab but Hogdens uses good head movement to avoid it.

Hogdens goes for a double leg but Oleau avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Oleau continues to drive forward.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Oleau connects with a nice short shot to Hogdens's temple.

Well Oleau has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After the fight, Hans Oleau was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
