Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Justin Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sigurd Ragnarsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter's entrance music is American Capitalist- Five Finger Death Punch. A fine choice. Ragnarsson has chosen The Animal as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hunter moves into the clinch.
Ragnarsson is trying to maintain a safe position but Hunter gets an underhook and turns Ragnarsson into the cage.

Ragnarsson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Hunter darts in and clinches Ragnarsson up against the cage.
Ragnarsson goes for a takedown attempt but Hunter pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Ragnarsson wants a takedown.
Justin Hunter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sigurd Ragnarsson.
Ragnarsson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hunter has him pressed against the cage.
Ragnarsson has Hunter pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Hunter manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Hunter lands a nice knee to the body.
Ragnarsson tries to stall but Hunter uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

A right hook to the body lands for Hunter.

Hunter lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Ragnarsson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Hunter pushes Ragnarsson against the cage. Hunter is working some dirty boxing. Hunter pushes off with a quick right hook! Ragnarsson goes down! Ragnarsson tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Hunter moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
