PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bach Schtrappe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grey Worm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schtrappe comes into the arena with Phobia by Kreator blaring out of the sound system. Worm has chosen Der Kaptain as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schtrappe misses with the body kick
and Worm connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Worm is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Worm misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Schtrappe throws a hook but Worm avoids it easily.
Worm looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Schtrappe displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Worm.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Worm is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Schtrappe is just riding it out for now. Worm eventually gives up the hold.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Schtrappe is refusing to be controlled, as Worm sits in half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Worm is stalling here. Schtrappe is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Worm seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Schtrappe has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
