Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Torvol Shammerson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Balto Shvukmeh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shvukmeh closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Shammerson quickly recovers to half guard.

Shvukmeh seems to be looking for submissions.

Shvukmeh looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Let's hope that Shvukmeh has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Shvukmeh looking to break Shammerson's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Shammerson remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Shvukmeh will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
