Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Paul McCracken!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 41 - 44 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roman Kvasov!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kvasov tries to bum rush McCracken with a series of wild strikes but McCracken uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kvasov has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as McCracken is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Kvasov misses with a right hand
and McCracken counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.


It looks like Roman Kvasov has been cut.
Kvasov loads up on a big right hand but McCracken slips the punch.

Kvasov fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with McCracken, pushing him back against the cage.
A head punch blocked on the inside by McCracken.
Kvasov misses with a short punch on the inside.

McCracken blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Kvasov throws a punch but it's blocked by McCracken.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kvasov tried to land a shot to the body but connects with McCracken's elbow.
A frustrated look appears on McCracken's face as he tries to break the clinch.

McCracken manages to break the clinch.
McCracken keeps the fight on the outside.
McCracken scores with a nice right hand.
Kvasov jabbing away but nothing is landing.
McCracken throws a head kick that misses.
McCracken lands a leg kick that knocks Kvasov off balance momentarily.
Kvasov tries to clinch there but McCracken circles away.
As Kvasov looks to move away, McCracken throws a big counter combo but Kvasov just gets out of the way.
McCracken chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Nice shot by McCracken.
Kvasov is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. McCracken Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Kvasov is out cold, face down on the mat!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Paul McCracken!
