Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tiny Mcfacepunch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chad Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Mcfacepunch might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ooh La La. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Smith tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Mcfacepunch manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Smith ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Smith gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Smith goes for a takedown in the clinch but Mcfacepunch prevents it.
Mcfacepunch stops a takedown attempt from Smith.
Mcfacepunch has had enough of the clinch but Smith keeps him there for the moment.
Smith is trying to pull guard but Mcfacepunch turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Smith working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Mcfacepunch wants to get back to his feet but Smith is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Mcfacepunch might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Smith throws a strike but Mcfacepunch rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Smith bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Mcfacepunch's guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Smith drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Mcfacepunch gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Smith jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mcfacepunch walks away with a smile on his face. Smith gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Tiny Mcfacepunch's cut is getting worse.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Smith stands and throws Mcfacepunch's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Mcfacepunch is looking to get back to his feet here but Smith is keeping cool and he's managed to take Mcfacepunch's back.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Smith tries to clinch but Mcfacepunch moves out of range.
Mcfacepunch throws a right hand that Smith ducks under and follows up with a left that Smith also avoids with ease.

Smith misses with a takedown attempt - Mcfacepunch sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Mcfacepunch fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Smith.

Smith goes for a double leg but Mcfacepunch avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mcfacepunch continues to drive forward.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Smith. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Smith takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

In his post fight interview, Tiny Mcfacepunch started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
