Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ernie Balagtas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenu Urabey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Urabey gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Balagtas swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Urabey throws a head kick but Balagtas moves out of range.
Urabey tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Balagtas paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Decent striking displayed by Balagtas there.
Balagtas throws a jab but it's blocked by Urabey.
Urabey takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Kenu Urabey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A left and a right from Urabey both land. Nice combination.

It looks like Ernie Balagtas has been cut.
Urabey misses with a looping right.
Balagtas could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Urabey uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Balagtas.
Urabey is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Balagtas pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Urabey is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Urabey moves in looking to clinch but Balagtas pushes him off.
Urabey swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Urabey takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

It looks like Kenu Urabey has been cut.
Balagtas throws a hook to the side of Urabey's head but Urabey sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Urabey slips a straight right by Balagtas.
Balagtas throws an overhand right that lands on Urabey's shoulder, as Urabey tries to avoid the shot.
A swing and a miss from Balagtas.
Urabey tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Urabey throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Urabey fails with an attempt to clinch.

Oooooh!!! Balagtas has knocked Urabey down with a huge combo! Balagtas steps away and waves a wobbly Urabey back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Balagtas is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Urabey flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Urabey is out cold! Balagtas holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
