Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Oketch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Honza Kucera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Vincent Oketch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Honza Kucera!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oketch pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Kucera displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Oketch throws out the jab.
Kucera throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Oketch's waist but Oketch gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kucera off to one side.
Kucera tries to score a power double leg takedown but Oketch sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kucera somewhat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kucera shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Oketch pinned against the cage. Oketch gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Oketch half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Kucera working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Kucera looking to sit in guard and control but Oketch gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Kucera tries to pass the half guard into mount. Oketch knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Kucera is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Kucera stalling away here and it's allowed Oketch to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Kucera tries to free his leg and advance position but Oketch is retaining full guard.

Kucera stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Oketch swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Kucera shoots in for a double leg but Oketch sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
A little feinted left hand from Oketch on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Kucera dives in and grabs Oketch's left leg, looking for a takedown. Oketch pushes down on Kucera's head and hops out.

Oketch is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kucera doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Oketch.
Kucera is looking for a sweep. Oketch is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Kucera moves into full guard.

Kucera is trying to keep Oketch in close.
Oketch will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Kucera has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Oketch can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Kucera fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Oketch to the ground. Kucera is now in Oketch's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
