Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Konor McGregor!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McGregor clinches with his opponent.
McGregor lands an elbow that stopped Zamora in his tracks for a moment.


It looks like Micah Zamora has been cut.

McGregor escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McGregor lands with a slapping head kick.
McGregor shoots in for a double leg but Zamora sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
McGregor tries to close the distance and clinch but Zamora swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McGregor shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Zamora sprawls well. Zamora wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. McGregor gets slowly back to his feet.
McGregor misses with a wild combination.
Zamora avoids a punch combination nicely.
Zamora looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
McGregor lands with a straight right. Zamora didn't see that one coming.
McGregor throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Zamora's jaw, knocking him onto his back! McGregor dives in looking to finish as Zamora flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block McGregor's strikes! McGregor is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Zamora's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Zamora was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Konor McGregor!
