Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Virgil Keller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse Jalkalukko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Keller comes to the cage accompanied by War Music. The crowd seem to be enjoying Jalkalukko's choice of entrance music: Jordan Sparks ft. Chris Brown - No Air . Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 30 - 20 - 0, fighting out of London, Virgil Keller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 33 - 39 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Jesse Jalkalukko!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Anni Minnemäki and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jalkalukko throws a head kick but Keller moves out of range.
Keller fires out a quick counter leg kick but Jalkalukko just manages to avoid it.
Keller has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Jalkalukko.
Jalkalukko throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Keller feints and then cracks Jalkalukko's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Jalkalukko down.
A telegraphed right hand from Keller misses the target.
Jalkalukko throws a low kick but Keller moves out of range easily.
A little feinted left hand from Keller on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Jalkalukko feints and then cracks Keller's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Keller down.
Jalkalukko darts in looking for a takedown but Keller gets double underhooks and turns Jalkalukko into the cage.
Keller ducks under a wild hook from Jalkalukko.
Keller pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Jalkalukko lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.


It looks like Virgil Keller has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Keller closes the distance and clinches.
Keller lands with a light punch inside.

Keller manages to break the clinch.
Keller will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Keller checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A shot to the body from Keller misses
and Jalkalukko counters with a series of strikes. Keller will be more careful next time no doubt.
Jalkalukko attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Keller swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Jalkalukko fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Keller is out of range.
Jalkalukko shoots in looking for a takedown. Keller tries to sprawl out of it but Jalkalukko keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Keller manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Keller takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Jalkalukko throws a front kick aimed at Keller's knee but Keller avoids it well.
Jalkalukko fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Jab, jab by Keller - just one landing.
Jalkalukko keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Keller throws a nice outside leg kick.
Keller has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Keller takes a swing at Jalkalukko's ribcage but misses.
Jalkalukko walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jalkalukko throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Jalkalukko uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Keller.
Jalkalukko feints the counter takedown.
Jalkalukko throws a head kick that misses.
Jalkalukko goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Some bone on bone action there as Keller checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Jalkalukko fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Keller checks it well.
Jalkalukko throws a leg kick which misses Keller's front leg but catches the back leg as Keller tries to avoid it.
Keller blocks a head kick by Jalkalukko.
Keller swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Jalkalukko throws a head kick but Keller moves out of range.
Jalkalukko slips under a jab from Keller.
Jalkalukko is looking for the big counter here.
A head kick by Jalkalukko misses
and Keller counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Keller cracks Jalkalukko with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Jalkalukko falls to his knees and Keller doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Virgil Keller!
A very excited looking Virgil Keller made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
