Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Kandle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Colin Paidean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jordan Kandle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Colin Paidean!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kandle is looking to clinch.
Paidean misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Kandle.
Paidean throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Paidean looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Kandle closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Paidean did well to prevent Kandle getting side control.
Paidean has hold of Kandle's hands but Kandle slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Paidean tries to kick Kandle off but Kandle keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Paidean is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Kandle missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kandle not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Kandle throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Kandle thows a huge punch but Paidean dodges it nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kandle missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Kandle thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Paidean's head.

Paidean keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Paidean really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kandle. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Paidean manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Kandle keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Kandle throws an elbow but it misses.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Paidean.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Kandle.
Kandle pushes off an throws an elbow but Paidean leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kandle fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Kandle breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Paidean lands with a nice combination. Kandle backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Jordan Kandle has been cut.
Kandle is breathing heavily.
Kandle tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Paidean counters with a three punch combo that has Kandle backing up. Kandle nods at Paidean to acknowledge the strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Paidean misses with a double jab.
Paidean lands with a right and another and another! Kandle is in big trouble! Paidean lands again and this time it's lights out for Kandle! A quality knockout there for Paidean.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Colin Paidean!
