Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michal Stark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Primo Carnera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stark misses with a two punch combination.

Stark shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Stark was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Carnera tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
Stark keeps control of the position as Carnera tries to break free.
Stark slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stark lands with a hammerfist to the side of Carnera's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Stark has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Stark is persistently looking for the submission but Carnera is defending it well.

That's one minute gone in the round.
What can Carnera do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Carnera just trying to survive but Stark is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
Stark has the hooks in. Carnera is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Stark connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for Carnera to escape the position.
Carnera is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Stark.

Stark is cranking Carnera's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Carnera! He's tightened the choke and Carnera is tapping out!
