The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammet lands a jab to the head.

It looks like Frank Boulder has been cut.
Boulder throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hammet defending well as Boulder loads up on a big left hand.
Boulder misses with a hook. Hammet ducked under it nicely.

Boulder throws a leg kick but Hammet sees it coming and moves out of range.
We've been informed that Boulder has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

It looks like Gordon Hammet has been cut.
Boulder pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Boulder lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Boulder looks to land a combination but Hammet avoids it well.
Boulder avoids a punch combination nicely.

Hammet steps into range and cracks Boulder with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Boulder flops backwards and Hammet dives into his guard looking to finish!

Hammet throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Hammet seems to be looking for submissions.

Hammet looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Boulder with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
We've been hearing that Hammet has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
