Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vasilica Petran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Broa Ling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Petran comes to the cage accompanied by Julian Jordan - The Takedown. Vasilica Petran could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Broa Ling's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ling moves into the clinch.

Ling is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Petran can't fight it off and eventually Ling manages to take the fight to the floor. Petran looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Petran wants to sweep here but Ling controlling him for the moment.
Ling postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Petran has control of Ling's left arm, preventing Ling from doing any damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Petran lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Ling is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Petran has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Petran arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Ling's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
