Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Abrams pushes Theodorou up against the cage in a clinch.
Abrams tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Abrams lands an elbow inside that Theodorou shrugs off.
It looks like Jake Theodorou has been cut.
Abrams swings wildly with an uppercut but Theodorou uses good head movement to avoid it.
Abrams throws a punch but it's blocked by Theodorou.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Theodorou has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Theodorou postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Abrams covers up, he's hurt! Theodorou keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Theodorou and the ref steps in to end the fight! Theodorou can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

A less than humble Jake Theodorou misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
