Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Vinnie Longworth!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Jandre Vorster!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Richard Clark and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Longworth misses with a straight right.
Vorster gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Longworth scores with a jab. Vorster acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Longworth tries a head kick but it misses.
Vorster uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Longworth.

Vorster tries to clinch up but Longworth circles away and keeps his distance.
Longworth swats away the attempt to clinch by Vorster.
The crowd cheers as Longworth lands an impressive looking overhand right. Vorster doesn't seem phased though.

and Vorster counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Longworth is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at England Fight Club MMA that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

Longworth got a little sloppy there for a moment and Vorster has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Longworth has managed to get both his arms back between Vorster's legs - danger averted.

Longworth lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Vorster is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Vorster is trying to drag Longworth to the mat but Longworth just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Vinnie Longworth has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jandre Vorster.

Vorster drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Longworth manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Vorster has Longworth in his guard.


Longworth is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Vorster has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Longworth is looking to defend but Vorster has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Longworth! Vorster pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Longworth taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Jandre Vorster!
A very excited looking Jandre Vorster rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
