Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ipod Apple (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peaky Blinder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blinder has chosen Dave not Dave - Cold blood as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Apple tries to clinch up but Blinder circles away and keeps his distance.
Blinder plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Blinder, right into the meat.
Blinder circles away from the clinch attempt.
Apple wants to clinch.

Blinder gets tackled into the cage by Apple. Apple maintains the clinch.

Apple really is a fat lump.

Blinder looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Blinder is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Apple pulls him back up using the underhooks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Blinder breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Blinder drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Apple on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Apple tries to get out of the position.

Blinder stays in close to Apple's body and controls the position.
Blinder works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Blinder seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Let's hope that Blinder has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Blinder stands up and beckons Apple to join him on the feet.
Ipod Apple seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Blinder closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Blinder's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Blinder throws a head kick that half lands.
Apple looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
A left and a right from Blinder both land. Nice combination.

Blinder clinches with his opponent.
Apple stalling in the clinch but Blinder improves position.
Blinder with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

Blinder pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Blinder stuns Apple with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Blinder connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Apple momentarily.

Blinder misses with a hook to the ribs.
Blinder is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.

Apple tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Blinder paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Blinder moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Blinder drops Apple with a left right combo! Blinder follows him down to the ground into side control.

Apple is rocked!
