The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shvukmeh takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Shvukmeh takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Vai SeFuder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
SeFuder jabs Shvukmeh to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Shvukmeh takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Shvukmeh fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
SeFuder stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and SeFuder wants it to stay on the feet.
It seemed like SeFuder was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
SeFuder throws a nice looking combination but Shvukmeh bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
SeFuder lands with a right hand.
SeFuder lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
SeFuder throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Shvukmeh fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Balto Shvukmeh. That's going to take a lot out of him.
SeFuder lands with a hook. Shvukmeh tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
