PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Don Bradman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddard Stark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Eddard Stark!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stark falls off balance throwing a combination
and Bradman makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
A left and a right from Stark both land. Nice combination.
Stark swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Bradman counters with a body kick that stops Stark in his tracks momentarily.
Stark has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Stark on the wrong end of a nice jab.

It looks like Eddard Stark has been cut.
Stark throws a right and a left that Bradman avoids nicely.
Bradman fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Stark looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Stark sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Bradman! Stark is out on his feet! Bradman rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Stark is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Stark is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Don Bradman!
A less than humble Don Bradman misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
