Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Terrell Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dexter Santaros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dexter Santaros!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grant ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Santaros misses with an uppercut. Grant saw that one coming.
Santaros tries to score a power double leg takedown but Grant sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Santaros somewhat.
Grant takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Our spies down at at Midnight MMA inform us that Santaros has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?
Santaros is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Grant is controlling Santaros's trapped leg to prevent Santaros from advancing to side control.

Santaros ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Grant moves away.
Santaros throws a hook to the side of Grant's head but Grant sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Grant fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Santaros manages to avoid it.
Santaros connects with a body shot that sends Grant's belly button to the back.

Grant takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Santaros crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Grant - the referee stops the clock and Santaros gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Grant. Santaros manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Santaros stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Grant swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Santaros got a little sloppy there for a moment and Grant has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Santaros has managed to get both his arms back between Grant's legs - danger averted.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
