Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Seth Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julio Madrigal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Madrigal has chosen Lil Jon-Throw it Up as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris throws a head kick but Madrigal moves out of range.
Madrigal drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Harris defends it well.
Madrigal is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Harris fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Madrigal has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Madrigal is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Harris had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Madrigal lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Harris is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Harris wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Madrigal has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Harris's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Harris is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Madrigal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Julio Madrigal!
In his post fight interview, Julio Madrigal started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
