Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bartkos Michalos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Filet Mignon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bartkos Michalos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Filet Mignon!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shirou Masuda and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mignon jabs Michalos to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Michalos closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Michalos lands a shoulder strike.
Michalos lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Michalos lands an elbow that stopped Mignon in his tracks for a moment.
Michalos prevents a body shot from Mignon.
Mignon tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Michalos smiles and moves away.
Mignon tests Michalos's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Mignon gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Michalos content to stall in guard here.
Michalos throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Mignon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Michalos. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Mignon is trying to control the position but Michalos postures up.

Michalos pushing down on Mignon's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Michalos takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Michalos seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Mignon for as long as he can get away with.
Michalos prevents Mignon from improving his position.
Mignon is still trying to improve position.
Michalos is figuring out what he wants to do next.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Michalos is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Mignon sees it coming and defends easily.

Michalos seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Mignon is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
