The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burns fails to land with a series of punches.
A swing and a miss from Burns.
Jackson Jr appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Jackson Jr moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Jackson Jr misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Burns connects with a body shot that sends Jackson Jr's belly button to the back.
Burns has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Jackson Jr is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Jackson Jr shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Burns defends it nicely.
Burns is looking for the big counter here.

Burns rushes Jackson Jr and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Burns breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Burns lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Jackson Jr out cold! Jackson Jr is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the cage! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!
