Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hop Sing Jung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Gonzalez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jung comes into the arena with Jiu Jitsu blaring out of the sound system. Gonzalez has chosen Gangsta Gangsta by N.W.A as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jung ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gonzalez moves away.
Jung throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Jung is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Gonzalez to keep the fight standing.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Jung.
Gonzalez lands a left hand that snaps the head of Jung backwards.

Jung has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Gonzalez regains guard immediately.
Jung might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Jung's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Gonzalez escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jung gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Gonzalez is a very stocky fighter. Infact he's such a weird shape that he's almost like some sort of comedy character - it's hard to believe he's real.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Jung throws a body punch but Gonzalez moves out of range.
Jung takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Jung pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Gonzalez throws a hook but Jung avoids it easily.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Gonzalez.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Gonzalez! But no joy.
Gonzalez swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Gonzalez tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jung was well out of range. Poor timing from Gonzalez.
Gonzalez uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jung.

Jung is looking to counter the offense by Gonzalez and move into the clinch.

Jung looks to score with a jab to the body but Gonzalez is just out of range.

Gonzalez throws a hook to the side of Jung's head but Jung sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

A looping hook to the body misses from Jung. Gonzalez does a little dance to reset his feet.
A combination from Gonzalez does no damage.

Jung closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Jung is trying to drag Gonzalez to the mat but Gonzalez just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

and Gonzalez counters with a nice uppercut.

Jung looks to land a left hand but Gonzalez moved out of range nicely.

and Jung counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Jung is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Jung drops back, looking for a kneebar! Gonzalez looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Gonzalez looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Gonzalez!

Jung is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Gonzalez can't fight it off and eventually Jung manages to take the fight to the floor. Gonzalez looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
