Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Colt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Colt comes to the cage accompanied by Too Late to Back Out. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Colt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gary Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Colt fails to land the takedown.

Colt shoots in and bounces Jackson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Colt would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Jackson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Colt has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jackson is working away from the top position though.
Jackson seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Jackson is keen to just control but Colt is a slippery customer.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Jackson connects with a nice short shot to Colt's temple.

Jackson thows a huge punch but Colt dodges it nicely.

It looks like Mark Colt has been cut.

Gary Jackson dominated that round.

That's time! Colt's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.



Jackson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Oh Colt is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Colt utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Jackson stands up over Colt, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Colt on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Colt tries to get out of the position.

Colt is working to avoid the ground and pound but Jackson connects with a decent elbow.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Jackson has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Colt!
Jackson wants to control the pace but Colt is squirming around nicely.

Jackson is landing with some decent strikes but Colt is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Jackson loads up with a big shot that hurts Colt! He's pulled Jackson in close but Jackson has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Colt survive? More strikes from Jackson and Colt is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Gary Jackson!
In defeat, Mark Colt stepped up to the mic, saying 'Even tho I lost it just means i'm learning from my mistakes and will come back stronger and better so watch your back!!!'.
