Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between DJ Boom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikki Dub (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nikki Dub is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, DJ Boom!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Nikki Dub!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Colin Fotheringham and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dub throws a body kick that misses
letting Boom counter with a right hand.
Nikki Dub seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dub misses the shot to the body.
Dub throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Boom rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dub moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Boom takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Boom misses with a right hand
and Dub counters with a good, hard body kick but Boom shrugs it off.
Dub lands a head kick. Boom smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Boom misses with a lunging right hand
and Dub counters with a nice body shot.
Crunch! Dub slams his shin into Boom's torso.
Dub misses with a body kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boom throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Dub counters with a thumping low kick.
Dub lands a nice hook to Boom's body. Boom takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Dub slips a jab from Boom.
Despite the aggression on Dub's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Boom takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Boom misses with a straight left.
Dub lands with a kick to the temple. Boom shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

It looks like DJ Boom has been cut.
Dub scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Boom ducks right into an uppercut from Dub.
Dub throws a sloppy head kick
and Boom counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Dub uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Boom has time to react.
Dub takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Dub lands with a kick to the ribs.
Dub moves out of range as Boom strikes.
Dub scores with a nice right hand.
Boom has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Boom misses with a body shot.
Dub lets loose with a powerful body kick. Boom will feel that in the morning.
Boom ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dub moves away.
Dub walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dub lands a jab-cross combination.

Dub steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Boom.
Dub closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Dub throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Boom's head.

Dub is still on wobbly legs! Can Boom finish him?
Dub defending well as Boom loads up on a big left hand.
Oh Boom is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

As Boom backs off Dub throws a huge counter combo but Boom manages to avoid it all.
Boom seems to have got his legs back now.
Boom throws a lazy right hand but Dub sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A slow jab from Dub misses its intended target.
Dub has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Dub misses with a wild combination.
Boom throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Boom loads up on a big right hand but Dub slips the punch.
Boom throws a lazy right hand but Dub sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Boom takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Dub throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Boom's head.
Dub seems to have recovered his senses.

Boom lands with an overhand left.
Boom lands with an uppercut that bounces Dub off the cage and back into range.
Dub misses with a kick to the body.
Boom throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Dub throws a series of punches but Boom moves out of range.
Dub with a nice cross.
Dub feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Booms jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Dub throws a right and a left that Boom avoids nicely.
Dub connects with a body shot.

Dub lands with a hook. Boom tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
A nice inside leg kick there by Dub. That's going to slow Boom down.
Dub swings for the body but Boom moves out of range.
Boom blocks a head kick by Dub.
Dub lands a jab to Boom's midsection.
Boom missing with a left hand there. Dub was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Dub throws a head kick that misses
and Boom counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Dub keeps Boom at a distance using the push kick.
Boom lands with a good body shot.
Boom throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Dub sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Dub is looking for the big counter here.
Boom has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Boom misses with a straight right.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Boom crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Dub - the referee stops the clock and Boom gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Dub. Boom manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Dub scores with a push kick.
Dub uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Boom.

Dub throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Boom is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Dub scores with a jab.
Boom will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.
Dub throws a combination. Boom tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Dub gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Boom gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
