The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brady keeps Hauki at a distance using the push kick.
Hauki walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Hauki uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Brady.
As Brady backs off Hauki throws a huge counter combo but Brady manages to avoid it all.

Hauki sends Brady crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Hauki is motioning to the referee to let Brady up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Bruce Brady has been cut.
Brady fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hauki manages to avoid it.
Hauki throws a sloppy head kick and Brady moves out of range easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hauki lands a big right hand that sends Brady crashing to the mat! Hauki stays standing though and waves Brady back to his feet!

Taneli Hauki seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Hauki walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Brady drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Hauki swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Brady's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

After the fight, Taneli Hauki was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
