Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joey Davis!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gallagher throws an overhand right that lands on Davis's shoulder, as Davis tries to avoid the shot.
Gallagher is looking to clinch but Davis is avoiding it.
Davis swinging wildly here.
Gallagher doesn't manage to clinch there - Davis circles away.
Davis takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
It looks like Joey Davis has been cut.
Davis avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Brandon Gallagher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gallagher closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Gallagher takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Davis slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Davis breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gallagher avoids a punch combination nicely.
Gallagher fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Davis manages to avoid it.
Davis wants to counter with a clinch but Gallagher pushes him away.
Davis throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

A looping hook to the body misses from Gallagher. Davis does a little dance to reset his feet.
Gallagher scores with a nice head shot.
Gallagher lands a jab.
Davis is rocked!
Gallagher cracks Davis with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Davis tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Gallagher pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Davis is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brandon Gallagher!
