The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilder slips a straight right by Muller.
Wilder tries to clinch up.
Muller throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Wilder lands a jab to the nose.
A slow jab from Wilder misses its intended target.
Muller throws a nice head kick!
Muller lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Muller lands with a slapping head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Muller buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Muller lands a head kick. Wilder smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Wilder misses with a jab, cross combination.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wilder throws a right hand that Muller ducks under and follows up with a left that Muller also avoids with ease.

and Muller counters with a solid body kick.
A left lands for Muller.

and Muller counters with a head kick. That will keep Wilder thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Muller walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

and Muller counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Wilder throws a shot from downtown. Muller moves away and avoids it.

Muller is looking to slow Wilder down with leg kicks.

Muller connects with a leg kick. Wilder looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Wilder looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Muller clobbers Wilder with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Muller on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
A slapping leg kick lands for Muller.
Wilder is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Muller scores with a jab. Wilder acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wilder rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Muller moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Muller has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Muller fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
A slapping leg kick lands for Muller.
Wilder lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Muller circles away quickly and effectively.
Wilder misses the jab.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Muller, right into the meat.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Despite the aggression on Muller's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Wilder takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Wilder misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Wilder works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Wilder creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Wilder has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Muller is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Wilder yanks on the arm and Muller is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Wilder.
