Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Steven Stark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerome Bruny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Stark might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Sledgehammer!. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bruny goes for a double leg but Stark avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Stark continues to drive forward.
Bruny closes the distance but Stark moves to the side
and Stark counters with a thumping low kick.
Stark stuffs the takedown attempt from Bruny. Bruny gets slowly back to his feet.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bruny got a little sloppy there for a moment and Stark has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bruny has managed to get both his arms back between Stark's legs - danger averted.
