And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Auld Bawls!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bawls rushes Shaw and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Bawls is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Shaw throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Bawls blocks it with crossed arms.

Bawls has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Shaw clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Shaw is trying to shake Bawls off. He's managed it and has hopped back to his feet! Bawls won't be happy about giving up the dominant position.
Bawls shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Shaw eats them both and turns towards Bawls to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

It looks like Deait Shaw has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bawls connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Shaw throws a hook to the side of Bawls's head but Bawls sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Shaw throws a lazy uppercut
and Bawls counters with a three punch combo that has Shaw backing up. Shaw nods at Bawls to acknowledge the strikes.

Bawls drives through and clinches with Shaw against the cage.

Shaw tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Bawls gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Bawls is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Shaw has managed to free his arm - good work.

Bawls seems to be working for a kimura but Shaw defends the submission attempt.
Bawls wants to free his trapped foot but Shaw is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Bawls content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Bawls looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Shaw with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Still in half guard, Bawls seems content to control.

Bawls is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Shaw still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Shaw has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
Bawls is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Shaw off and has taken his back!

Bawls has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Shaw is in real trouble here. Bawls gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Shaw is tapping out! Bawls wins by rear naked choke!
