Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jakob Saturskis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tobious Khan!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Thiago Cunha and Edson Gomes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Khan moves into the clinch.
Khan lands on the inside with an uppercut.
We've been informed that Khan has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Saturskis is working for a kimura but Khan is defending it quite comfortably.

Saturskis is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Saturskis has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Saturskis is nestled in close to Khan, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Khan is trying to stand up here but Saturskis is controlling him well.
Saturskis wants to lay and pray for a moment but Khan keeps working.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Saturskis connects with a nice short shot to Khan's temple.

Saturskis is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Saturskis really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Saturskis will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
