Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Conor McCracken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Matthews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McCracken kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Rebels Song - Come out and Fight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matthews bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of McCracken's head.
McCracken shoots in for a double leg but Matthews sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Matthews throws a half hearted mid kick.
Matthews throws a chopping leg kick but McCracken manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

McCracken instigates a clinch.

Matthews pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Matthews connects with an inside leg kick.
McCracken misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Matthews pivots, looking for a leg kick but McCracken is out of range and Matthews settles back down.
Matthews motions for McCracken to come forward. Matthews throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Crunch! McCracken slams his shin into Matthews's torso.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Matthews misses with a straight right.
McCracken looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
McCracken shoots in and drives through. Matthews sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Conor McCracken. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Matthews tries a low kick but McCracken avoids it.
McCracken feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Matthews's calf.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Matthews works the jab nicely.

A punch lands to the side of McCracken 's head but he takes it in his stride.
McCracken drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
McCracken lands with a slapping head kick.
Matthews checks the leg kick nicely there.
Matthews takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Matthews takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Matthews throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A solid leg kick lands there for Matthews.
Matthews swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Matthews will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
McCracken walks into a jab.
Matthews throws a head kick that half lands.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McCracken misses with a wild body shot.

Matthews tests McCracken's chin there with a solid looking shot.

A big left from Matthews misses.
McCracken doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
McCracken has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Matthews finds it's way round the side to connect with McCracken's head.
McCracken throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
McCracken lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

McCracken is looking to counter with a body kick.
Matthews fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McCracken manages to avoid it.
A chopping leg kick lands by McCracken.
McCracken throws a head kick but Matthews moves out of range.

McCracken misses with a body shot
and Matthews counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Matthews stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from McCracken.
Matthews throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

McCracken closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
