Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Geronimo Apache (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vicente Flores (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Apache throws a left and a right that both miss

and Flores counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Flores.

Flores drops back looking for a leg! Apache is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Apache manages to kick Flores off! Flores jumps back into Apache's guard.

Flores drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Flores jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Flores wants to control from the top but Apache keeps moving.

Apache is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Flores defends well.

Flores throws some wild stikes that Apache manages to avoid easily.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Flores had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Apache defends it easily.

Apache wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Flores lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

I would just about give that final round to Vicente Flores.
Well Flores has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
