Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Enoch Harney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaheim Reid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reid comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sizzla - Taking Over kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reid scores with a decent looking hook.

Harney pushes Reid up against the cage in a clinch.

Jaheim Reid seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Harney feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Reid wants to get back to his feet but Harney passes into half guard.

Harney stands and steps away. Reid gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Harney closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
