Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Allan Matthews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Brown with that takedown attempt.

and Matthews counters with a single leg into guard. Brown didn't expect that.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Matthews postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Brown is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Matthews, into his guard.

Matthews wants to stand up but Brown is controlling him.

Matthews wants to stand and escape. He's got his foot on Brown's hips, looking to push off. But Brown grabs a hold of the leg and drops back for an ankle lock! It's hard to tell if he's got it. Both fighters look composed - OH, not anymore they don't! Matthews screams like a kid who's trapped his fingers in the car door and taps out! Yikes, that must have hurt - hopefully it's not snapped anything!
