Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Three Dog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Strong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Strong has chosen Egypt Central - Kick Ass as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dog misses with a head kick.
Dog gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Dog throws a lazy body kick
and Strong counters with a nice uppercut.
Strong has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Dog is landing a low percentage of strikes.
A jab from Dog misses.
Strong throws a body shot but no joy.
Dog looks to land a right hand but Strong moved out of range.
Dog throws a leg kick but Strong moved away.
Dog is looking to chop away at Strong's legs.
Strong rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dog moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Strong crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Dog - the referee stops the clock and Strong gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Dog. Strong manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Strong. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Mark Strong comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Strong has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
