Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joyo Kumlakar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Holt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Holt has Kumlakar up against the cage in a clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Holt.

Kumlakar shoots in for a double leg but Holt sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Holt is pressed up against the cage. Kumlakar has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Holt down to the mat. Holt avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Holt stalks Kumlakar and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kumlakar's face. Kumlakar staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Joyo Kumlakar has been cut.

Kumlakar is breathing heavily.

Holt moves into range and connects with a jab.

Kumlakar is rocked!
Kumlakar shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Holt pinned against the cage. Holt gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Oh Kumlakar is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Holt lands a slapping body shot.
Kumlakar seems to have got his legs back now.
Holt dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kumlakar shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Holt as he jumps to the side.

Holt fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Holt throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kumlakar stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Kumlakar tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Holt swivels and escapes.
Kumlakar looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Holt changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Holt throws a right hand that Kumlakar ducks under and follows up with a left that Kumlakar also avoids with ease.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Kumlakar looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Holt is fending him off so far but Kumlakar persists. Nope, Holt circles away and we're back to standing.

Kumlakar gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Holt gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
