Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Pritchard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jari Suomalainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Jimmy Pritchard has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jimmy Pritchard seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Ivan Kurochkin and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pritchard throws a big shot that misses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Pritchard. Suomalainen does a little dance to reset his feet.
Suomalainen looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Pritchard misses with a wild combination.
Suomalainen is looking for the big counter here.
Pritchard connects with a nice looking jab.
Pritchard throws a leg kick
and Suomalainen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pritchard lands a nice hook to Suomalainen's body. Suomalainen takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Pritchard lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Pritchard finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Pritchard looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Suomalainen lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Pritchard throws the left hand but Suomalainen avoids the punch easily.

A slow jab from Pritchard misses its intended target.
Suomalainen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pritchard.
Suomalainen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Pritchard stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Pritchard swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Suomalainen is looking for the big counter here.
Suomalainen misses with a right hand
and Pritchard counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Suomalainen is rocked!
Pritchard measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Suomalainen! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
