Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, David Frazier!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Steve Montenegro and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schnider tries to clinch there but Frazier circles away.
Schnider misses with a takedown attempt

and Frazier holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Schnider drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Schnider is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Frazier to keep the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Schnider. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Frazier lands with a light punch inside.

Frazier has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Schnider is trying to keep an underhook but Frazier manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Frazier takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frazier landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Schnider wants to control but Frazier is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Schnider is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Frazier's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Frazier's back!
Frazier wants to get back to his feet.

I really don't envy Frazier right now.
Schnider throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage.
Schnider keeps control of the position as Frazier tries to break free.
Schnider tries to get the hooks in deep but Frazier pushed the leg off.
Schnider is really struggling to control Frazier but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Frazier wants to escape the position.
Will Schnider go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Frazier tries to escape but Schnider has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
